I did something good for my eyes. Being surrounded by all green plants and tall trees! Mt. Odaesan(오대산 in Korean) in PyeongChang was gently welcoming summer. The mountain, designated as a national park, was a perfect place for a getaway from hectic urban routines. Seasonal flowers as well as green foliage and vegetation dominate the mountain. Small squirrels appeared from nowhere, hopping here and there and enjoying their meals.
It was a little cloudy and even drizzling for a while, but that made the walking through the forest more refreshing and pleasant.
Located in Itaewon, Seoul, Takeout Drawing(테이크아웃 드로잉 in Korean) is a gallery and book cafe. The inside is full of art and design books, stationery and other stuffs. It was a Friday evening, so my friend and I took the seat outside. The deep blue sky right after the sunset, gentle breeze, green plants and the lighting made our time there more enjoyable. We got there after having dinner, so we ordered patbingsu(팥빙수 in Korean) or ice flakes with red bean, and a scone for desserts. Such a perfect combination!
